Evans Mountain Hillclimb was located near Gates, Oregon outside of Salem. It was organized by Willamette Motor Club of Salem. The course was 1.4 miles long. I believe it may have been on Evans Mountain Road SE off of FS Rd 2207.

The only date I can find information about is the May 6th and 7th, 1961 event, although an article in the Oregon Daily Journal (that I have included) seems to indicate it may have happened more than once.
