Beautiful scenery and mountains! Utah is home to some of the most scenic National Parks and Monuments in all of the US. So of course there are hills to climb . Unfortunately I did not find information on any recent hillclimbs since the 90’s, although Utah boosts an active sports car culture and a road course facility near Toelle.

Utah’s first hillclimb was probably at Emigration Canyon in October 1951. Another early climb was on a road in the Oquirrh Mountains, east of Toelle in March of 1957. I haven’t located many events in Utah. I am sure there are some out there I have missed. Please contact me with information on these or any missing ones.
