It’s a beautiful state! Home to the famous Black Hills and Mount Rushmore. It is a scenic area with plenty of access to great hills and mountains to challenge. Pactola seems to have been the first hillclimb, in 1957. The event was organized by the newly formed Black Hills Sports Car Club. I only found that it was held one year, and cannot find any results. Anyone have more information?
